About Us
Heritage Star Farm
After a lifetime in the city and being a part of the hustle and bustle, we decided enough was enough. We set out on a journey to become better stewards of the blessings we had been given. Life was good, but we longed to be more self-sufficient and to live a simpler life. The hills of East Tennessee called to us and Heritage Star Farm was established in 2013.

Learning to grow our own food, on our own farm, has been a wonderful journey. It is one that we are proud and happy to share with those around us. We teach both living history and homesteading skills. I make and sell all sorts of jams and jellies, both sweet and hot. We also can salsas, tomatoes, beans, slaws, fruits, etc... You can often see me at the local fairs with my local favorite Cowboy Crack (candied jalapenos), jams, jellies, my local pure, raw honey, and more.
The Homestead Honey's Personal Zoo
On the farm, we breed, raise, and milk Nigerian Dairy Goats. This provides up with delicious milk, cheese, ice cream, and our goat milks soaps. We raise a variety of organic chickens for meat and eggs, heritage breed Bourbon Red turkeys, guineas, Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dogs and farm dogs, and honeybees. bread jams and jellies
